We understand the importance of providing a seamless and convenient experience for whānau and stakeholders. We have considered your feedback and are excited to introduce our new "Request for Service Application" created by Compass. This online application will allow you to easily apply for our services and track the progress of your child's application.

Simplified Application Process

We have designed the application form to be user-friendly and straightforward. You can easily input all the necessary information about your child, ensuring we have all the details needed to provide the best possible service. We are constantly working to improve the application process and will continue to update the form based on your feedback.

Multilingual Support

We understand that language can sometimes be a barrier. To address this, we have incorporated several features to make the application accessible to everyone. While the form is currently available in English, we are working on translating it into New Zealand Sign Language (NZSL) to cater to our diverse community.
