Ko Taku Reo’s Assistive Technology Services still operates a full service during the school holidays.

The preferred method for Whanau to submit their orders is via the online ordering form found on our website;

alternatively you can call the freephone number 0800 3324 235, being sure to leave a message with all the required information should the call not be answered.

Should any hearing equipment require repair during the holidays please contact your own Audiology Clinic in the first instance to organise repair. If that is not possible for any reason, courier the device directly to Ko Taku Reo Assistive Technology Services, 38 Truro Street, Christchurch 8081. Ensuring to use tracking on the parcel to prevent loss, pack the device well to ensure no further damage during transit and including contact information so that we can be in touch once we receive it.
