The Executive Principal recruitment committee met on Tuesday, the 11th of March.

• After feedback from the parent community, we have added another parent representative to the group - Joyce Stokell.
• The Commissioner appointed David McKee as the facilitator / Chair for these meetings, and David accepted.
• The Committee members agreed to sign a confidentiality agreement to ensure the school and each Committee member is protected throughout this process.
• Based on the feedback from staff, the parent community, and the committee members, changes were made to the job description and job advertisement, and the committee approved both of these documents.
• Decipher – the recruitment company will provide the Committee with a timeline for the recruitment process, including future meetings.

• The group agreed that a video will be recorded after each meeting to ensure the staff and the parent community are updated throughout the process.
